  • Wellness Data: If you use our wellness tracker, we collect weight log entries, food diary entries (meal type, food name, calories, protein), and workout logs (type, duration, intensity, notes). This data is stored solely for your personal use.
  • Community Posts: Any text, photos, or comments you post in the Community section are stored and displayed to other members of the community.
  • Communications: If you contact us directly, we may retain those communications.
1b. Information Collected Automatically
  • Log Data: Our web server may log your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit for security and debugging purposes.
  • Cookies & Sessions: We use browser session cookies to keep you logged in. These are temporary and deleted when you close your browser or sign out. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
1c. Information from Third-Party Sign-In (Google)

When you choose to sign in using Google Sign-In, Google provides us with your:

  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Google profile photo (if your Google account has one)

We do not receive your Google password, payment information, contacts, or any other data beyond what is listed above. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Send you magic login links to your email address when you request them

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Magic Link Login (Email)

As an alternative to Google Sign-In, we offer "magic link" email login. When you request a magic link, we send a single-use, time-limited login link to the email address you provide. We store your email address to create or identify your account. Magic link tokens expire within 1 hour and cannot be reused. We do not store your email password — no password is required or used on this platform.

4. Third-Party Services

We use or link to the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Google Sign-In (Google LLC): Used for account authentication. Google Privacy Policy
  • Eventbrite: We link to Eventbrite for event ticket sales. Purchasing a ticket is subject to Eventbrite's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts & Bootstrap CDN: Our website loads fonts and styling libraries from Google Fonts and jsDelivr CDN, which may log basic request data such as your IP address.

5. Wellness & Health Data

Any wellness data you log (weight, food entries, workout logs) is stored securely and is only visible to you when you are logged in. We do not share, sell, or use your personal wellness data for any purpose other than displaying it back to you in your personal dashboard. This data is not shared with health insurers, employers, advertisers, or any other third party.

6. Community Content

Posts, photos, and comments you submit to the Community section are visible to other registered members of the Vivi's platform. Please do not post sensitive personal information (such as your full address, phone number, or financial details) in public community posts. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and associated data for as long as your account is active. If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email address listed in Section 10 below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted HTTPS connections and restricted access to personal data.
